Through purposeful conversations, I help you achieve your goals, challenge limiting beliefs, and unlock your potential. Coaching creates a psychologically safe space for self-reflection, new perspectives, and meaningful transformation; ideal for individuals looking for self-development, leadership development, team dynamics, and organisational change.
What Do Coaching Sessions Cover?
Coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and aspirations. They may include exploring your goals, identifying obstacles, building resilience, and developing authentic leadership skills. Sessions often cover mindset shifts, somatic awareness, accountability, and action planning. The aim is to support lasting change, wellbeing, and success in your career, relationships, business and personal life.
What can I expect?
- A 30-minute chemistry call to ensure we are good fit and to answer any initial questions.
- An initial series of six 90-minute coaching sessions, available online or in person, tailored to your goals and growth. Starting weekly then moving to fortnightly and monthly as required.
- Practical exercises to work on between sessions, supporting real change and personal development.
