Hello, I’m Hayley — a Somatic Coach with a lifelong love for nature and a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and their environment.
My journey began in the open fields of rural Lincolnshire, where I first discovered the grounding power of nature. That sense of calm curiosity has stayed with me, even as I navigated the fast-paced worlds of Surrey and London. It’s a quality I bring into every coaching session, meeting, and moment.
I believe deeply in the relationship between people and their surroundings—whether it’s the land beneath our feet, the teams we work with, or the systems we’re part of. This connection is the thread running through all I do. My coaching style is grounded, curious, and respectful of the wisdom that lives in our bodies—not just our minds.
Before stepping into coaching, I spent over 30 years in the catering industry, leading large teams and guiding organisations through growth and change. As a Deputy Managing Director, I balanced operations, finance, HR, and client relationships, always striving to create environments where people could thrive.
My curiosity led me to train as a Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute and Equine Assisted Learning with Athena Herd. Working with horses taught me the value of presence, non-verbal connection, and trust; lessons I now bring to my work with people. I also draw on Systemic Coaching and Constellations, helping clients see the bigger picture and uncover the dynamics shaping their lives and organisations.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when we slow down, tune in, and pay attention to what’s happening within and around us, transformation follows.
Whether I’m in a meeting room, a coaching session, or out in a field, I bring a blend of calm presence, playful curiosity, and heartfelt honesty. I create space for people to reconnect, find their footing, and lead with strength, compassion, and a dash of humour to keep things real.
